Terms of Service

The rules for using Aether’s AI workspace, employees, connected systems, credits, and subscriptions.

Effective: October 4, 2026Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your access to Aether’s website, AI workspace, employees, connected systems, and related services. By creating an account or using Aether, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live. If you use Aether for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Your account and workspace

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect your sign-in credentials and connection secrets. Do not share passwords or API keys in ordinary chat messages.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate permissions to workspace members.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3. AI employees, outputs, and approvals

Aether’s AI employees can research, draft, organize, generate media, and use connected tools according to the capabilities you enable. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether and how to use it.

Where Aether presents an approval step, you are responsible for reviewing the proposed action before approving it. Approval authorizes Aether to perform that action on your behalf. You remain responsible for final submissions, messages, publications, purchases, deletions, and other consequential actions.

Aether does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice. Obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

4. Connected systems

You may connect third-party services such as email, storage, calendars, social platforms, business systems, or other tools. You authorize Aether to access and act within those services only to provide the features you request and within the permissions you grant.

Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service’s terms and policies. Aether is not responsible for third-party services, changes to their APIs, their availability, or actions they take concerning your account. You can disconnect a service at any time.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Aether to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules, or contractual duties.
  • Do not create or distribute malware, facilitate unauthorized access, evade safeguards, or interfere with Aether or another service.
  • Do not impersonate others, deceive people about synthetic media, conduct unlawful surveillance, or send spam or abusive communications.
  • Do not create or distribute sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or content that meaningfully facilitates violence or serious harm.
  • Do not use automated access except through interfaces and integrations Aether expressly provides.
  • Do not attempt to extract secrets, access another user’s workspace, or use connected systems without authorization.

6. Your content and our rights

You retain ownership of content you submit and, as between you and Aether and to the extent permitted by law, output generated for you. You grant Aether a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and instructions you give. You are responsible for obtaining releases, licenses, and consents needed for people, brands, music, images, data, and other materials used in your work.

Aether and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Aether or third-party models and services.

7. Plans, credits, passes, and payment

Some features require a paid plan, credits, an employee subscription, or a time-limited pass. Prices and included usage are shown before purchase. You authorize applicable charges and are responsible for taxes unless stated otherwise.

Credits represent service usage, have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside permitted workspace features, and are not a bank account or stored-value product. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments and used credits are non-refundable. Subscription renewals and cancellation take effect according to the terms shown at checkout.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aether reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may depend on third-party systems and may become unavailable, delayed, or changed. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain safety, comply with law, address third-party changes, or improve the service.

We may apply reasonable usage and safety limits. We will try to give notice of material changes when practical.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Aether and close your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Aether’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Aether during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. Any mandatory consumer protections available where you live continue to apply.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to danrrico@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets by email.
